Solution:
The manufacturing facility was mapped, and points were selected to install the BLE to WiFI Gateways.
WiFi network was established in the plant premises using industry grade WiFi routers.
Functionalities were set up for BLE Gateways which can sense moving BLE tags/Beacons/Mobiles.
Identified the accessibility points, mounted a beacon on a permanent asset and configured in a way that beacon, asset, and the cloud server communicate effectively.
Use of Smartphones / Tablets to scan the BLE Beacon tags.
Integrated with cloud server/system server to send real-time results on the screen of the handheld when a tagged asset is nearby.
The authorized person can track the asset’s location and other parameters.
The moving assets were fixed with BLE tags pasted on it. At the exit gate to the delivery point the track was maintained end to end using Mobile devices.
